What this is

Vestronov Field Guide is a small independent publication about Enlisted, the free-to-play World War II squad shooter developed by Darkflow Software and published by Gaijin Entertainment. We write explanatory guides: how the mechanics work, what the progression system actually does, what the game costs in practice, and who is likely to enjoy it.

We cover one game rather than fifty, because a guide to one live service is hard enough to keep accurate.

What this is not

This is not an official site. We have no relationship with the game's developer, its publisher or any other rights holder, and we are not endorsed or sponsored by any of them. We cannot help with accounts, refunds, bans or technical support — those belong to the game's own support channels.

Who writes it

Elizabeth Martin is the director of publication and responsible editor. Every article carries a named byline, a publication date and a last-reviewed date, and Elizabeth Martin signs off on everything published here before it goes live. Corrections come to the same person, at info@vestronov.online.

How it pays for itself

Affiliate commission, and nothing else. If you follow a link marked “Partner link” and register with the advertiser, Business rate s.r.o. may be paid a commission. You pay nothing extra. There is no display advertising, no sponsored content and no paid placement. The editorial policy sets out the arrangement and the diagram that goes with it.

Four things we do differently

• No tracking at all. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party requests. This costs us the ability to measure anything, which is a real price to pay for an affiliate site. We think it is the right one. You can check it yourself in thirty seconds.
• No invented ratings or testimonials. We publish no star scores of our own, no “reader stories” and no fabricated quotes. Review scores, when we mention them, are attributed to whoever gave them.
• Visible corrections. When we get something wrong and it changes the meaning, we leave a note on the page saying what was wrong. There are two of those on the main guide today.
• Original artwork only. Every diagram is drawn by us as SVG. No screenshots, no stock photography, no borrowed promotional art.
