What we collect: nothing, on the site itself

Browsing this website does not cause any personal data to be collected by us through the pages themselves. Specifically, on every page of this site there is:

no cookie of any kind, first-party or third-party;
no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB use;
no analytics (no Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or anything equivalent);
no advertising pixel, conversion tag, tag manager or remarketing tag;
no fingerprinting, device identification or cross-site tracking;
no social media buttons, embeds, comment systems or share widgets;
no third-party requests at all — no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images. Every file the page loads comes from vestronov.online;
no contact form, newsletter sign-up, login or account.

Because we place no cookies and use no non-essential storage, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) does not require your consent for anything here, and we therefore show no consent banner. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in your own browser.

The one thing that does exist: server logs

Like every web server, ours writes an access log. Each entry contains your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code, the referring page if your browser sent one, and your browser's user-agent string.

Purpose	Security (detecting attacks and abuse), diagnosing errors, and keeping the service running
Legal basis	Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — operating and securing the site we are legally responsible for
Retention	Log files are rotated and deleted automatically. We undertake to keep no entry longer than 12 months
Recipients	Nobody. We do not share, sell, enrich or publish log data, and we do not use it for analytics or profiling
Transfers	We transfer log data to no one, inside or outside the European Economic Area
Automated decisions	None. No profiling of any kind takes place

If you write to us

If you send an email to info@vestronov.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message — because there is no other way to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or the steps taken at your request. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any related legal obligation, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

When you follow a partner link

Links marked “Partner link” take you to a third party — the advertiser or its affiliate network. Once you leave this site, that third party's own privacy policy applies, not ours. They will typically set their own cookies and record the visit in order to attribute a commission. We have no control over and no visibility into that processing.

Our own links send a strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, meaning the destination learns that you arrived from https://vestronov.online but not which specific page you were reading. We receive no personal data back from the advertiser — only aggregate commission statistics that do not identify any individual.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

To exercise any of them, write to info@vestronov.online. We answer within one month. Please note honestly what this means in practice: because we hold no account, no profile and no identifier for you, the only record that could relate to you is a server log line tied to an IP address, and we normally cannot link that to a person without more information from you.

The competent supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic. You may also complain to the authority in your own EU country of residence.

Children

This site is not directed at children. The game it covers is rated PEGI 16 / ESRB Mature 17+, and we do not knowingly process any data relating to a child.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Because we collect no contact details, we cannot notify you individually.
